Music plays an important role in our Kombucha production. It makes us feel good and it helps us create better Kombucha. We (and you) can taste if we were in a bad mood when we brewed a batch of fermented tea - so we try everything to avoid that. And nothing beats brewing or bottling to a good album - be it jazz, surf music, pop or reggae. We believe our SCOBYs enjoy music too - so they get plenty when they're doing their fermentation work for us.
