Where can you find your bottle of WabiO Kombucha?
At the moment, our kombucha is mainly sold in Christchurch, but we are slowly adding outlets in other New Zealand locations. If you own a shop, yoga studio, restaurant, cafe or bar and want to stock WabiO Kombucha, please get in touch.
There is a steadily growing number of stores carrying our kombucha. Please find a current list of outlets for WabiO Kombucha below.
SOUTH ISLAND
Christchurch
Eastern Suburbs
Piko Wholefoods, 248 Stanmore Road, Richmond (ph. 366 8116)
Our favourite organic grocer in Christchurch. Feel free to ask the super friendly staff about kombucha - most of them have plenty of experience as home brewers and know their Headless from their Highliner. You'll find most of your other needs covered there as well.
Grassroots Yoga & Health, The Tannery, Woolston (ph. 389 8113)
The creation of Katie and Berin Turner, Grassroots is a community-oriented yoga studio and healing space. There's a lot of positive energy around and plenty of experience to deepen (or start) your yoga practice. And while their fridge is small, it usually has a good selection of various WabiO flavours.
Mitchelli's Cafe, The Tannery, Woolston (ph. 389 4443)
This family-run cafe is a busy spot and the perfect place to catch a little break from browsing the trendy shops at The Tannery. They have a '(Craft) Beer of the Month' and WabiO kombucha in the fridge. How could you not like that?
The Apothecary, The Tannery, Woolston (ph. 389 0857)
The Apothecary is a great shop for natural remedies and herbal medicines, and has trained health practitioners on staff.
Western Suburbs
Flow Hot Yoga, 25 Mandeville Street, Riccarton (ph. 348 8889)
Loaded with good energy (and a fair amount of sweat), Flow is a great yoga studio that offers a wealth of different (hot) yoga courses - and a cold WabiO Kombucha to re-hydrate afterwards.
Mrs Hucks, 1/12 Show Pl, Addington (ph. 982 5472)
With chef Jonny Schwass at the helm, you'd expect great local food, prepared with sophistication and imagination. And you won't be disappointed at Mrs Hucks. Neither would you be disappointed with their selection of coffee (head barista Ed is about as crazy about coffee as we are about tea) and tea (courtesy of Ya-Ya Teahouse).
Central
Harlequin Public House, 32 Salisbury St, Christchurch Central (ph. 377 8669)
The latest venture of well-known Christchurch chef and local food ambassador Jonny Schwass. Beautiful restaurant for a Sunday brunch or special dinner.
The Lotus Heart, 363 St Asaph Street, Christchurch Central (ph. 377 2727)
It is widely known that The Lotus Heart is Christchurch's best vegetarian restaurant. But it is less known that The Lotus Heart is also the home to an incredible shop with musical instruments from around the globe as well as a very well-stocked shop with handpicked health-related products and supplements. And we're proud to add our bit to their choice of healthy beverages.
Canterbury Cheese Mongers, 301 Montreal St, Christchurch Central (ph. 379 0075)
Sarah & Martin Aspinwall run one of Christchurch's unique specialty shops. Offering an amazing range of local and imported cheeses (as well as some locally baked goods), WabiO kombucha seems like a match made in heaven.
Shop Eight, 8 New Regent St, Christchurch Central (ph. 390 0199)
Fine wining & dining in the heart of the city. The beautiful Shop Eight is a visual feast, the food is exquisite and the beverage list very well curated. It's a great place to start exploring the newly (re-)developing inner city of Christchurch.
Little Pom's, 294 Kilmore St, Christchurch Central (ph. 366 5808)
Little Pom's is the little sister to Pomeroy's Pub just next door. Beautiful space and created to be a cosy neighbourhood cafe. Enjoy a bottle of WabiO with their delicious breakfast options.
Lyttelton
Roots Restaurant, 8 London Street, Lyttelton (ph. 328 7658)
Make sure that you treat yourself to one of Giulio and Christy's fabulous degustation dinners. Usually organic, always locally sourced - the Roots team likes to know the stories (and people) behind the food and drinks they offer. That philosophy is a perfect fit for WabiO and we are only too happy to contribute our kombucha to their magic...
Harbour Co-op, 12 London Street, Lyttelton (ph. 328-8544)
The small, but very well-stocked organic shop in Lyttelton. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable staff, a wide range of predominantly NZ-made products and - of course - the large WabiO selection in the fridge make this little gem a must-visit on your trip to Lyttelton. If you're lucky enough to live in the lyttel town, you're likely to shop there anyway...
Rangiora
The Organic Food House, 14 Queen Street Rangiora (ph. 03 313 0025)
Super-friendly, very well-stocked organic shop and deli in the centre of Rangiora. The team is very enthusiastic about their mission of bringing healthy food into the Waimakariri District and put together an impressive selection of organic foods. Try one of the raw cakes with your next bottle of kombucha!
Takaka
Takaka Infusion, 30 Commercial St, Takaka (ph. 03 525 7294)
Cute little tea shop and bakery in the centre of town. Go and try one of their constantly changing baked goods. You won't regret it!

Le Cafe, 12 – 14 London Quay, Picton (ph. 03 573 5588)
Le Cafe is a perfect place to grab some food and an ice cold bottle of WabiO kombucha before getting on - or after getting off - the Interislander ferry. The cafe also hosts some pretty cool concerts, but somehow, we always manage to miss them! Try their homemade ice cream - it's insanely delicious...
